Counseling Associates offers convenient and confidential outpatient counseling for various issues including anxiety, depression management, chemical dependency, eating disorders and family and marital relationships.

Inpatient Services

The SBL Behavioral Health Services inpatient unit combines a secure and confidential setting with access to a full range of services and comprehensive medical support provided by the Health Center.

Group, individual and family therapy, as well as 24-hour nursing care are delivered by a multidisciplinary treatment team which consists of recreational therapists, social services and case management personnel, medical/psychiatric nurses and psychiatrists. The team meets daily to discuss and coordinate specific patient needs and progress. Involvement by the patient’s primary care physician and social service agency is encouraged as they play an important role in continued recovery upon discharge. Call (217) 258-2397.
