As a general surgeon, Brad Wilson, MD, performs a wide spectrum of surgical treatments in breast disease including biopsy and lumpectomy, hernia, skin and soft tissue masses, lung, endoscopy, and laparoscopy for gallbladder issues, hernia, colon and rectal cancer and resection, and reflux. He also performs appendectomies, and thyroid surgery, treats diverticulitis, hemorrhoids, places and removes ports, IVC filters and peg tubes, and excises skin lesions and cysts. Dr. Wilson has been granted da Vinci Robotic-Assisted Surgery privileges. Robotic surgery has many advantages for appropriate patients, including smaller incisions and reduced recovery times.
