Lakeview College of Nursing students recently donated $1,000 to the Sarah Bush Lincoln Regional Cancer Center by raising funds as part of a Legacy Project to raise awareness and contribute to a chosen cause. The students began their fundraising efforts in February by selling t-shirts, syringe-shaped pens, Krispy Kreme donates, hosting a “Eat Wings/Raise Funds” event at Buffalo Wild Wings and creating a GoFundMe website.
