Program/Service Notes:
A mobile van equipped to perform mammography
testing. Women 35 & over, with or without insurance may call to schedule a
mammography test. Women under 35 must have a physician order, but do not need
insurance coverage to schedule a mammography test. Call contact to schedule an
appointment and verify van location. Van is available to organizations. In
addition to mammography, free osteoporosis heal screens and diabetes and cardiac
risk assessments are offered only when the van is visiting county health
departments.
