Eastern Illinois University, College of Health and Human Services, Child Care Resource and Referral is part of the Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies and is funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services. Provides child care referrals and consumer education information to parents. Provides training and technical assistance to child care providers and to those interested in opening a child care business. Help families pay for child care.
