Program/Service Notes:
CEFS is part of a regional planning body that organizes and delivers housing services to homeless individuals and families as they move to stable housing and maximize self-sufficiency. Those services can include intake and assessment, emergency shelter, transitional housing with supportive service, and permanent supportive housing.
