All services are free and confidential! We offer pregnancy testing and information on all 3 pregnancy options (parenting, adoption, and abortion), limited obstetrical ultrasounds (Charleston office), parenting education, material assistance (diapers and other baby related items), post abortion program for women struggling with a past abortion.
