Program/Service Notes:
Provides financial assistance with diabetic medications. In partnership with HSHS St. Anthony Memorial Hospital, a dietician is available on Mondays and Wednesdays by appointment for diabetic education. Catholic Charities will pay the full amount for diabetic medications as long as the patient remains in need of assistance and regularly attends educations sessions with the dietician.
