Program/Service Notes:
In 2002 three organizations, Sarah Bush Lincoln Health System (SBL), the Human Resources Center of Edgar and Clark Counties (HRC), and LifeLinks, formed the Regional Behavioral Health Network (RBHN).
Based in rural East Central Illinois, the mission of the Regional Behavioral Health Network is to maintain a 24 hour behavioral health crisis service system in Coles, Cumberland, Effingham, Edgar, and Clark counties in East Central Illinois.
When a caller phones the toll free number (1-866-567-2400), they are immediately connected to a trained crisis clinician. There is no cost for this service and it is available 365 days per year, 24 hours per day.
Annually, the crisis line receives over 3500 calls.
If you live in Coles, Edgar, Clark, Cumberland, or Effingham counties and are experiencing a mental health crisis or just need to talk to someone about how you are feeling, call our toll free Crisis Line at 1-866-567-2400.
