Program/Service Notes:
Comprehensive lifestyle modification program for those with established coronary artery disease and those working to lower their risk of developing the disease. Cardiac rehabilition program includes progressive physical activity begun at patient's bedside, monitored exercise, and comprehensive cardiac education.
