A collaborative program between LifeLinks, Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center and Human Resource Center of Edgar and Clark counties. Regional Behavioral Health Network ( RBHN) provides comprehensive 24 hour crisis intervention services for Coles, Clark, Cumberland, Effingham, and Edgar counties.
