Program/Service Notes:
Supports scientific research to improve the
diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. The program offers educational
materials to the public on how to reduce the risk of having a heart attack or
stroke, to recognize the warning signs of heart attack or stroke, and to control
blood pressure.Offers school site educational materials and blood pressure
screenings and depends on voluntary contributions from the public. Also provides
information on CPR training.
