Program/Service Notes:

Comprehensive lifestyle modification program
for those with established coronary artery disease and those working to lower their
risk of developing this disease. Cardiac rehabilitation program includes
progressive physical activity begun at patient's bedside, monitored exercise and
comprehensive cardiac education and continuing program for improvement of
cardiorespiratory performance. Individual counseling and evaluation, support group
and stress classes available.
