Program/Service Notes:
Provide information, assistance, and referral for adults age 60 and older about available services and programs, such as; Benefits Access Application, Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption,Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, etc. Provides Benefits Counseling and Long Term Service supports options counseling. Serve as an advocate and assist older adults or loved one on behalf of an older adult. Senior Health Insurance Information (SHIP); Family Caregiver Resource Center: Grandparents Raising Grandchildren.
