SBL Casey Clinic, 934 North Route 49, Casey, IL 62420 no longer participates in the Rural Health Clinic Medicare program (Title XVIII of the Social Security Act) effective October 1, 2018. Sarah Bush Lincoln continues to participate in the Medicare program. The agreement between SBL Casey Clinic and the Secretary of Health and Human Services terminated on October 1, 2018 in accordance with the provision of the Social Security Act.
